We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the return of your funds from UAB PayrNet. As you may be aware, we recently announced our wind-down plans, including the intention to refund all customer balances by August 22nd.
Although we have made good progress, a more complex reconciliation process than anticipated has taken longer than originally planned, and the initially communicated timeline will be delayed. While the journey has proven to be longer and more intricate than anticipated, we remain steadfast in our commitment to resolving this situation and returning your funds to you.
We recognise the vital role these funds play in your financial well-being and assure you that our team is tirelessly working to expedite the process. We deeply apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and extend our gratitude for your continued patience and understanding. We are actively collaborating with your service providers to facilitate a smooth transition for your funds to either a new partner or an alternative solution.
We currently expect the majority of the funds held as issued e-money by UAB PayrNet on the date of the firm’s licence revocation will be successfully returned by the end of August.
Please note that all updates and communications on this subject are being posted on the company’s website — www.payrnet.lt

We will keep you updated on our progress and provide further instructions as soon as possible. Please continue to reach out to your service providers for any specific queries in relation to your funds. We continue to work very closely with them to ensure they are well-equipped to address any questions or concerns you may have and guide you through the transition process. Once again, thank you for your understanding and continued support.
